Data minimization
Provide only the information you are comfortable using in your plan. Finlume does not need your online-banking password, card PIN, or full payment-card number for the account and coaching flows shown on this site.
Purpose-limited use
Financial details you enter are used to organize priorities, generate coaching guidance, track goals, and operate the product. They are not sold as personal financial profiles.
Account protection
- Passwords are handled by the platform-provisioned authentication system rather than stored as readable text.
- Password-reset links are time-limited and delivered through the platform email proxy.
- You should use a unique password and reset it promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Responsible expectations
No online service can promise absolute security. Finlume reviews product risks and uses platform controls intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. If you identify a security concern, report it through account support without including sensitive credentials.
